About the role
This is a hands on, primarily 1st line support role where you’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues across the business, ensuring colleagues receive timely and effective support.
Alongside day to day troubleshooting, you’ll have the opportunity to build your technical skillset by gaining exposure to cloud platforms, on premise infrastructure, and a range of retail systems. With support from senior team members, you’ll gradually take on more complex tasks, develop your knowledge, and progress into broader areas of IT over time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, timely IT support via phone and ticketing systems
Support M365 and other cloud based platforms
Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, mobile devices, and on-premise infrastructure
Support retail systems including POS, ERP, CRM, and WMS
Assist with user account management and basic security practices
Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve issues efficiently
Participate in a weekend on-call rota (paid), supporting store operations
About You
Experience in a similar IT support/helpdesk role
Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments
Working knowledge of M365 and end-user support
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Basic understanding of networking (routers, switches, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
Retail IT experience (POS, ERP, CRM, WMS) is a plus
